Is it okay to bring my child to service with me?
Yes, you can bring your child to the service with you. Please consider that our services are intended for adults and sometimes the topics are not appropriate for children. We believe children can grasp who Jesus is at any age. We have fun, creative, age-appropriate, interactive church experience just for kids.
How do you keep my child safe?
We have a state-of-the-art check-in system that generates a random alphanumeric code each time you check in. This code is printed on the child's tag and the matching parent receipt. You must present this receipt to pick up your child. The parent receipt can only be printed once to ensure your child's safety. We complete background checks on each one of our volunteers.
What if my child needs me?
The alphanumeric code on your parent receipt will appear on the front screens during the service. Please go directly to your child’s classroom.
How do you keep things clean?
Toys and equipment are cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes after each service. We use single-use gloves during diaper changes, and we keep latex-free gloves on hand for latex allergies. We have a well-child (and volunteer) policy. Please do not bring your child if they have had a fever within the past 24-hours, colored drainage, a cough, or any other contagious illness.
Can I help out in my kid's classroom?
Yes! If your gift is working with children, please consider volunteering with one of the kids' ministries. We are happy to have you! To volunteer, please contact one of our Children’s Directors or call our Church Office at 505-899-4999.
Medication and Diaper Ointment:
We CANNOT give any medication to a child; the parent/s must administer any medication. If your child is on an antibiotic, please make sure that it’s been in their system for at least 48 hours prior to the Sunday Service attended; as this insures that they are no longer contagious.
NURSERY:
It is standard procedure, in our nursery, that our attendant does not apply diaper ointment to babies. The parent/s must administer any ointment, prescribed or otherwise.
